CoronaVirus Update

We trust that you are all keeping well. I just wanted to update everyone on how we are doing "our bit" In light of the CV pandemic we are doing all we can to keep ourselves and our guests safe at South view lodges. I have set up additional cleaning protocols, these are based on government guidelines and will enable us to maintain great customer service with our guests but also not to put anyone at additional risk. We already spray every surface with an anti back spray before we leave the lodge. We are treating all high touch areas with additional disinfectant like door handles, remote controls light switches etc We have sourced more hand sanitiser if you need, but we advise you bring your own if you have it. We have sanitising wipes and we suggest you use when you are vacating the lodge. please do not flush them down the toilet. We are operating a temporary contactless greeting system. Please do not be offended by this, we will make up for this in a big smile and cheery hello!! If you have guests in your party that have been in contact with someone that has contracted CV we ask that they don't join your party and they follow the government guidelines on self isolation. We as always advise that you should have travel insurance for any holiday you book and make sure it gives you adequate cover just in case you have to cancel. After saying all of this an "escape to the country" has probably got to be the safest place to be right now! people are still booking as we are very much open for business!
